Specific strategies
- Exam Questions – Annotating exam questions, timed planning in response to questions.
- Open/closed Book essay practice: Try to time yourself when writing responses and build up to attempting these without a copy of the text.
- Practice Exam Questions: Familiarise yourself with different types of questions and how to construct answers. These can be found on Sharepoint.
- Mind maps: Use to theme, character and plot
- Flash Cards: Useful for quotations, subject terms
