Opportunity for pupils to trial for the MCCF Cambridge Hub for 2023
The MCCF Cambridge Hub is responsible for finding young cricketers in state school education who show good levels of aptitude and skill and providing them with high quality coaching and facilities with the aim of helping them reach their potential.
In 2023 the MCCF Cambridge Hub is running squads at Under 14 and Under 16 Boys and a Girls squad (11-16 years old)
To be eligible the players must be:
- Aged 11-16
- Attending a state school
- Committed to putting 100% effort into all training sessions
- Did not play in a county team last season (and not currently part of a county team)
The training dates for each age group are:
U14 Boys- Saturdays 1.30-3.00PM, 14th January to the 25th March
U16 Boys- Sundays 11.30-1.00PM, 15th January to the 26th March
Girls- Sundays 10.00-11.30AM, 15th January to the 26th March

U12 Feeder Hub
There will also be an Under 12 Boys Feeder Hub programme. The eligibility criteria for this programme is the same as above and training will take place on a Saturday between 12.00-1.30PM starting on the 14th January through to the 25th March

Please note that once a parent has registered a child's interest they will receive an email letting them know which trial time they will be invited to. The deadline for nominations is the 6th November 2022
